This is a new invention that may help reduce tension on your left arm. This band has 2 great advantages:

1. It helps guitarist with long forearms to acquire the correct position of the right hand

2. The padding on the band will create a cushioned gap between the arm and the guitar allowing an improved movement of the biceps.
